Six consists of brothers Barry, Kevin, Lynn, Jak, Owen, and Curtis Krudsen who create a wide range of vocal and instrumental sounds with their voices alone throughout their two-hour musical show. The group performs at the Hughes Brothers Theatre. They have also performed on cruises since 1998 and recently took their show to Las Vegas.
Most of the year Six’s shows are at 8 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays and 2 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Adult tickets ordered by phone are $39.37 each, including tax. Internet adult ticket purchases are $5 less. The student (age 12-17) rate is $17.69; children (3-11) pay $7.65; and those under 3 are free when sitting on an adult’s lap. Note: there is a $4.95 per order processing fee.
The 2 p.m. matinee shows do not include a meal. Dinner for the 8 p.m. meal and show combo begins at 6:30. Combo ticket prices are: $48.69 (adult); $36.19 (student); and $19.94 (child). The menu includes chicken or pork served with salad, roll, garlic and herb potatoes, vegetable medley, white chocolate champagne cake, and choice of beverage.
The Hughes Brothers Theatre is at 3425 W. Highway 76 in Branson, across from the Jim Stafford Theatre and next door to the Lodge of the Ozarks. The building used to be the Roy Clark Celebrity Theatre. Clark opened his theatre in 1983, becoming an early pioneer as a country music celebrity launching his own venue in Branson.
See the Liverpool Legends Today
A trip to see the Liverpool Legends is an absolute must for any Beatles fan visiting Branson. After being handpicked by the sister of George Harrison, the Liverpool Legends have headlined their own tribute show since 2006. During that time, the group has received numerous awards and accolades including Best Band and Best Show in Branson.
The Liverpool Legends perform on Tuesday through Saturday from April to October. The two-hour shows start at 8 PM except Friday shows which begin a 3 PM. The band is also known for performing during the last week of December culminating in a spectacular New Year’s Eve show. All shows take place at the state-of-the-art Mansion Theatre, which can seat up to 3000 visitors. Tickets to the show cost $32.50 for adults, $19.00 for children from 13 to 17, and $16.75 for children between 4 and 13. Special rates are available for groups of 15 or more.
Adjacent to the Mansion Theatre is Shakey’s Bar & Grill. The restaurant has a terrific atmosphere for relaxing before or after the show. Entrees focus on fresh seafood dishes; however, steak and rib options are also available. The menu also has a large variety of sandwiches sure to fit any appetite.
After the show, visitors are encouraged to explore the gift shop, which sells Branson related souvenirs as well as a wide array of Beatles memorabilia.
Joe Diffie Show Combines Country Music and Huge Laughs
The Joe Diffie Show is a part of Yakov Smirnoff’s Theatre in Branson, Missouri. The show began in 2007, when Yakov Smirnoff was looking for a country music act that many Branson visitors would like to see. Branson, Missouri is home to many theaters that offer live shows many days of the week. Joe Diffie is one of several country music stars that have performed at theaters in Branson.
Joe Diffie is a country music star that hails from the state of Oklahoma. Some of his better known songs include “Prop Me Up Beside the Jukebox” and “John Deere Green.” Since he signed his first country music deal, Diffie has toured the United States with a number of other Nashville acts. The Joe Diffie Show was added to the country music theater’s agenda after Diffie began thinking about spending more time closer to home.
Diffie said that he wanted to start spending more time with his family. As a result, he began cutting hs tour dates in the later part of 2007. The Joe Diffie Show allowed Branson visitors to see the country music star up close and gave Diffie more quality time with loved ones. The show premiered on September 6, 2008. Shows are featured at the theater from Tuesday through Saturday, beginning at 8pm.
Each show features Joe Diffie and other friends and family members, as well as comedian Paul Harris. Yakov Smirnoff has been performing for Branson tourists and locals for over ten years. His theater offers a wide variety of shows throughout the year. In addition, the Yakov Smirnoff Dinner Adventure program allows visitors to enjoy local cuisine while catching their favorite comedians and country music acts.
If you’re looking for a night of fun family entertainment, check out the Jim Stafford Show. Jim Stafford has been entertaining audiences for years, and is most remembered for his regular performances on the Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour. He is also well known for his hit song “Spiders and Snakes.”
His live show features song, dance, comedy and amazing guitar pickin’. He has special guests, and his wife and children also perform with him on stage.
Tickets to the show are $29.99 for adults, $9.95 for children 7-12, and $3.14 for children 6 and under. There are also special family passes, discounts and VIP tickets available. The theater is accessible for handicapped visitors, and there is a drop off spot out front.
Most shows are at 3:00 and 8:00 p.m. and the theater also presents special holiday shows.
The gift shop features all the silly things that will remind you of Jim Stafford. Gag gifts, memorabilia and much more can be found when browsing the gift shop. During intermission you can go to the lobby and check out all the wares.
Jim and his family purchased the 800-seat theater in 1991, after performing there for two years. The decor includes plenty of green faux marble, gold swagging and red wall fabric. The sound and lighting are excellent, and the views are good from every seat.
You don’t want to miss incredible acrobats, Branson, Missouri style. These acrobats are part of The New Shanghai Circus and have been entertaining Branson visitors since 1998. They perform in the New Shanghai Theater which was designed and built to house this production. The building blends modern Chinese architectural style with Chinese history and features Chinese gardens, waterfalls, rare chiming stones, and a 3,500 year old sculpture.
The acrobats have a revolving show of fan favorite acts that include Pole Climbing, Diablo (Chinese Yo-Yo), Aerial Fish Ballet, Plates Spinning, Bicycle Tricks, Russian Bar, Adagio, Human Top, Magic Clock, Handstand Art, Roller Skating and Chair Stack. The audience is always impressed with the control, skill, balance, and strength of the acrobats. In addition to the breathtaking stunts, the show includes incredible lighting, stunning costumes, spectacular music, and fabulous backdrops.
The ages of the acrobats spans the years ranging from 10 to 60 years old. This world famous acrobatic troupe is the only troupe to have performed on Broadway. They have also appeared on numerous national television programs.

The show runs seven days a week and has two shows a day Monday-Saturday at 3 pm and 8 pm. On Sunday there is only an 8 pm show.
